Booking &amp; Confirmation<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>All bookings must be confirmed via phone, text message, email, or online booking form.<\/li>\n      <li>A confirmation message will be sent once the booking has been successfully scheduled.<\/li>\n      <li>Luxe Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, staff unavailability, equipment failure, or safety concerns.<\/li>\n      <li>Customers must ensure accurate service details are provided at the time of booking. Any undisclosed information may result in additional charges or service delays.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>2. Pricing, Room Size &amp; Payment<\/h2>\n\n    <h3>2.1 Standard Pricing Rules<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>All quoted prices are based on standard room sizes and general carpet conditions.<\/li>\n      <li>Each room is considered to be up to 9 square metres (3m x 3m).<\/li>\n      <li>Combined living and dining areas will be counted as two (2) rooms.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h3>2.2 Additional Charges May Apply For<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Heavily soiled or neglected areas<\/li>\n      <li>Stain treatment and specialised chemical usage<\/li>\n      <li>Pet hair, odour, or urine contamination treatment<\/li>\n      <li>Lifting or carrying equipment upstairs where this was not disclosed at the time of booking<\/li>\n      <li>Parking fees, restricted parking zones, or multi-storey building access<\/li>\n      <li>Excessive clutter, restricted access, or delayed start time caused by the customer<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>Any additional charges will be discussed and approved with the customer on-site before proceeding.<\/p>\n\n    <h3>2.3 Payment Terms<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Luxe Cleanings Pty Ltd does not offer holding deposits.<\/li>\n      <li>Full payment is required immediately upon completion of work.<\/li>\n      <li>Invoices cannot be held unless the customer has an approved credit account with Luxe Cleanings Pty Ltd.<\/li>\n      <li>Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.<\/li>\n      <li>All card payments incur a 2.2% processing surcharge.<\/li>\n      <li>GST applies to card payments where required by law.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"note\">\n      <strong>2.4 Late Payment Policy<\/strong><br>\n      Failure to make payment on the day of service will result in a late fee of <strong>10% of the outstanding balance, applied daily<\/strong> until the full amount is paid.\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>3. Deposits, Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Luxe Carpet Cleaning may require a deposit to secure a booking date and time.<\/li>\n      <li>Deposits are non-refundable in the event of:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Same-day cancellations<\/li>\n          <li>No-shows<\/li>\n          <li>Refusal of service upon arrival<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours\u2019 notice to reschedule without penalty.<\/li>\n      <li>Repeated cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>4. Drying Time &amp; Aftercare<\/h2>\n    <p>Drying time varies depending on:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Carpet type and thickness<\/li>\n      <li>Weather conditions<\/li>\n      <li>Airflow and ventilation<\/li>\n      <li>Level of soiling<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Typical drying time is 4 to 8 hours.<\/p>\n    <p>Customers are advised to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Keep windows open where possible<\/li>\n      <li>Use fans or air conditioning to improve airflow<\/li>\n      <li>Avoid walking on damp carpets<\/li>\n      <li>Keep pets and children off treated areas until fully dry<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Luxe Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for re-soiling or damage caused by early foot traffic.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>5. Stain Removal Disclaimer<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>We will attempt to remove all stains to the best of our professional ability.<\/li>\n      <li>Stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for permanent or set-in stains, including but not limited to:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Urine<\/li>\n          <li>Ink<\/li>\n          <li>Red wine<\/li>\n          <li>Bleach<\/li>\n          <li>Paint<\/li>\n          <li>Dye transfer<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Some stains cause permanent discolouration or fibre damage, which cannot be reversed through cleaning.<\/li>\n      <li>By proceeding with the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts this limitation.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>6. Bond Cleaning &amp; End of Lease Services<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Standard carpet cleaning does not meet bond or real estate requirements in most tenancy agreements.<\/li>\n      <li>Customers seeking bond return must book the End of Lease Cleaning Package.<\/li>\n      <li>Luxe Carpet Cleaning does not guarantee bond return unless the correct package is booked and completed.<\/li>\n      <li>Any additional requirements requested by the property manager or real estate agent may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>7. Service Recommendations, Complaints &amp; Refund Policy<\/h2>\n    <p>If carpets are found to be heavily soiled, stained, or contaminated, our technicians may recommend:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Deep cleaning<\/li>\n      <li>Stain treatment<\/li>\n      <li>Decontamination or odour neutralisation<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <ul>\n      <li>If the customer chooses to proceed with standard cleaning against professional advice, and later raises concerns about unsatisfactory results, no refunds will be issued.<\/li>\n      <li>No refunds apply for services that have already been completed.<\/li>\n      <li>A re-clean may be arranged where it is reasonably determined that the outcome was affected by a fault of the cleaner or equipment, and not due to pre-existing conditions, permanent staining, or undisclosed contamination.<\/li>\n      <li>All complaints must be submitted in writing via email to: <strong>sales@luxecarpetcleaning.com.au<\/strong><\/li>\n      <li>Complaints must be received within 24 hours of service completion. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.<\/li>\n      <li>Where a re-clean is approved, it will be scheduled subject to technician availability.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <div class=\"contact\">\n      <div><strong>Email for complaints:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:sales@luxecarpetcleaning.com.au\">sales@luxecarpetcleaning.com.au<\/a><\/div>\n      <div class=\"fine white\">Complaints must be received within 24 hours of service completion.<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>8. Access &amp; Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Customers must ensure clear access to the property and service areas at the scheduled time.<\/li>\n      <li>Parking arrangements must be disclosed in advance. Any paid parking fees may be charged to the customer.<\/li>\n      <li>Customers are responsible for:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Removing fragile or valuable items<\/li>\n          <li>Securing pets<\/li>\n          <li>Ensuring electricity and water access is available<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges or job cancellation.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>9. Liability &amp; Damage<\/h2>\n    <p>While we take all reasonable care, Luxe Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Pre-existing stains, wear, or damage that cannot be removed<\/li>\n      <li>Shrinkage, colour bleeding, or texture changes in natural fibres<\/li>\n      <li>Damage resulting from:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Faulty underlay<\/li>\n          <li>Poor carpet installation<\/li>\n          <li>Weak seams<\/li>\n          <li>Age-related deterioration<\/li>\n          <li>Furniture with sharp edges or rust<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Customers are advised to inspect the service area before and after cleaning.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>10. Mattress Cleaning \u2013 Health, Hygiene &amp; Results<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Mattress cleaning services are sanitising and deodorising treatments only and are not medical-grade disinfection.\n      Luxe Cleanings Pty Ltd does not guarantee the removal of bacteria, viruses, allergens, bed bugs, or mites.\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Health and hygiene-related cleaning (including but not limited to heavy urine contamination, bodily fluids, mould, or biohazards) will be charged as a separate service, unless this has been disclosed, quoted, and paid for at the time of booking.<\/li>\n      <li>If the mattress condition is found to be significantly worse or materially different from what was disclosed during the booking call or form submission, our technicians may:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Refuse to proceed with standard service, or<\/li>\n          <li>Offer a specialised deep or decontamination service at an additional cost.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>If the customer chooses to proceed with general cleaning despite professional advice, Luxe Cleanings Pty Ltd will not accept any complaints or refund requests related to stain, odour, or hygiene results.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Drying Time:<\/strong> Some mattresses may dry within 24 hours, while others may take 1\u20132 days to fully dry depending on weather, ventilation, humidity, and mattress thickness.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>No Guarantee Clause:<\/strong> There is no guarantee on the removal of existing stains, odours, discolouration, or colour changes that may occur after cleaning.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>11. Couch &amp; Upholstery Cleaning \u2013 Fabric, Testing &amp; Liability<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>A spot test is performed prior to full upholstery cleaning to check for colourfastness and fabric sensitivity.<\/li>\n      <li>Luxe Cleanings Pty Ltd is not responsible for:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Internal foam deterioration<\/li>\n          <li>Broken frames, springs, or zippers<\/li>\n          <li>Rust marks or watermarks caused by internal metal components<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>High-risk fabrics such as linen, silk, velvet, suede, rayon, and viscose may be prone to shrinkage, colour bleed, or texture change. Cleaning is performed at the customer\u2019s risk.<\/li>\n      <li>Pet-related damage, including scratches, chewing, and persistent odours, is not considered a cleaning-related fault and is excluded from complaints and refund claims.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Drying Time:<\/strong> Upholstery typically dries within 4\u201310 hours, but may take longer depending on fabric type, airflow, and weather conditions.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>12. Additional Charges &amp; Minimum Service Fee<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>A minimum service charge of <strong>$99<\/strong> applies to all bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.<\/li>\n      <li>Additional charges may apply for:\n        <ul>\n          <li>Heavy urine contamination or hygiene-related treatment<\/li>\n          <li>Multi-level buildings without lift access<\/li>\n          <li>Large modular, sectional, or oversized couches<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li>All additional charges will be discussed and approved before service proceeds.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>13. Health &amp; Safety<\/h2>\n    <p>Technicians may refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Excessive biohazards<\/li>\n      <li>Structural hazards<\/li>\n      <li>Aggressive animals<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>In such cases, service fees or cancellation charges may apply.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>14. Complaints &amp; Communication<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>All complaints must be submitted in writing via email to: <strong>sales@luxecarpetcleaning.com.au<\/strong><\/li>\n      <li>Complaints must be received within 24 hours of service completion. No complaints will be accepted after this period.<\/li>\n      <li>Where a re-clean is approved, it will be scheduled subject to availability and limited to the originally serviced areas only.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>11. Privacy &amp; Communication<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Customer information is used strictly for booking, service delivery, and communication purposes.<\/li>\n      <li>Luxe Carpet Cleaning does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"card\">\n    <h2>15. Governing Law<\/h2>\n    <p>These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
